Candidates should posses a high-class degree in business studies, economics or commercial information technology, and should have some relevant experience abroad (e.g., studies or internship); very good knowledge of English and preferably one further foreign language would be an advantage. We expect at least three years' work experience for Senior Consultants (six years for Managers) in leading companies of our speciality sectors or in renown management consulting firms. Due to frequent on-site deployment with our customers, international mobility, team spirit and self-reliance are important requisites. You will also need excellent analytical skills and the ability to solve complex situations in a clearly structured and creative manner. You must also be able to present results convincingly and confidently. A strong sense of responsibility, lots of motivation and excellent interpersonal skills will complete your profile. As Senior Consultant a challenging environment awaits you in which you will take on responsibility for projects, act as responsible contact person for our customers and contribute significant results. As Manager you make an important contribution to the build-up and extension of long-term customer relationships, you posses sales experience with demonstrable success in acquisition; you are responsible for results in multi-project environments and can take charge of the professional and methodological leadership in at least one of our services.
